Services we offer

We can supply Hired Linen or your welcome to use your own linen and we can arrange a service wash. We require 3 sets of linen if you are to using your own.

Changeover

* Change all bed linen and replace with fresh linen and towels.

* Clean Internal and external kitchen appliances such as fridge, cooker/hob, microwave, toaster and kettle.

* Check the dishwasher is clean.

* Clean all sides in the kitchen and Cupboard fronts.

* Check for cleanliness in the cupboards and kitchen drawers.

* Clean and disinfect all bathrooms and En-suites.

* Hoover all rooms.

* Steam Mop hardwood/tiled floors.

* Dust and polish all sides.

* Internal windows will be cleaned monthly.

*All internal bins will be emptied and bin liners supplied.

* Safety of the property - ensure smoke alarms are tested monthly, fire extinguishers and fire blankets are in good order.

* Ensure property and fittings are correct and report back any defects.

Each changeover we supply

Toilet roll for each bathroom

Bin bag

Pedal bin liner for each pedal bin

Washing up liquid

4 x dishwasher tablets if applicable

Hand soap for each sink including kitchen

Scourer and cloth for kitchen

We require owners to supply a good working hoover for us to use and also guests to use if they require during their stay.

In addition to the above we also offer more in-depth cleaning services which are as follows.

Spring Clean

Everything included in the Changeover list plus,

*Remove all curtains, bed throws, pillows, duvets, mattress protectors and sofa cushion covers. These will be laundered and returned back to property.

*Clean exterior hood and extractor fan.

*Clean walls (spots/marks).

*Vacuum under beds and all furniture.

Deep clean

Everything included in the Changeover and Spring clean list plus:

*Clean Oven.

*Clean all interior cupboard and drawers.

*Deep clean of shower and bathroom.

*Clean all skirting boards.

*Vacuum under all appliances.

Carpet cleaning is also available on request.
